On Watching the Ball

I posted previously about one more essential step to make your tennis shot great, which is to keep your head low and watch the ball on contact. FEDERER does this!

Now this is a bit of advice for myself, and feel free to take it for yourself as well,

but you must watch the ball for all of your shots.

That includes:

• Serves

• Volleys

• Groundstrokes

• Slice

• Smash
